Key Deliverables :
- Provide first-level support and incident resolution for IT infrastructure across global regions.
- Perform scheduled technical tasks and system maintenance from a centralized command center.
- Escalate and track critical incidents within defined SLAs / OLAs.
- Maintain accurate documentation for incidents and requests as per operational guidelines.
Role Responsibilities :
Monitor and administer Linux / Unix environments, Active Batch, and basic cloud platforms (AWS).Support PAAS / IAAS / SAAS operations and assist with SQL / Oracle database issues.Execute scripts and support networking fundamentals in a 24x7 rotational environment.Apply best practices in system operations, incident escalation, and process adherence.Skills Required
