Job descriptionLiaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs. Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions. Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms. Evaluating applications and screening candidates. Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants. Posting Jobs on Job Portals & Social Media. Doing Bulk Mailing through Job Portals. Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field. Graduate / Post Graduate Must have a smart phone & laptop with Wi-Fi connection Good Command on English Language Ambitious & Eager to assume bigger responsibility as and when required Work from Office Remuneration : Rs.1.8 LPA to Rs. 2.5 LPA + Best Incentives in the Industry Be part of one of the fastest growing staffing company.
