Role Objective :

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive - Talent Acquisition to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, build a strong talent pipeline, and support strategic hiring across business verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from department heads

Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed, and employee referrals

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database

Support in campus drives, walk-ins, and bulk hiring initiatives

Manage pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding

Coordinate with HR operations for offer letters and joining documentation

Provide a great candidate experience and maintain employer branding

Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analytics

Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR or related field

1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Manufacturing / Engineering preferred)

Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple roles

Proficient in MS Office and ATS systems (preferred)
