Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Recruiter
with around 1 year of experience in recruitment who can manage the end-to-end hiring process as well as play a key role in
onboarding and background verification (BGV)
activities and
HR Ops Related activities . This role requires someone who can balance candidate experience with organizational needs, ensuring smooth hiring and integration of new employees into the company.
Mandatory Skills
1+ year of hands-on experience in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, and offer management)- In IT and Non-IT hirings (Specifically- Engineering, Mechanical, IT)
Basic knowledge of
ATS / recruitment tracking systems- preferably Workday.
Experience coordinating
onboarding formalities
(documentation, induction, joining process)
Familiarity with
BGV processes
and vendor coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Desired Skills
Exposure to
campus hiring
or bulk hiring
Basic understanding of
HR policies and compliance
Experience in engaging with external vendors / partners (BGV, recruitment agencies, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to build strong candidate pipelines through social media and networking platforms
