Head of Sales

Location : Delhi

About Demould

Demould is a fast-growing bakery & gifting brand from Delhi, known for designer cakes, premium hampers, B2B edibles and café retail. We're building a scalable, system-led sales engine across retail, B2B and digital.

Role Summary

Own revenue end-to-end. Build a cash-generating, predictable sales machine across 1) Retail store sales 2) B2B 3) Hamper / Gifting 4) Tie-ups / Alliances 5) White-labelling 6) Aggregators (Zomato / Swiggy) 7) Corporate sales , while continuously discovering new channels. Lead strategy and execution, set targets, build team, drive conversions, and protect margins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Leadership
  • Create channel-wise GTM plans with monthly targets, pricing, offers & promos.
  • Build a rolling 90-day sales calendar (seasonal events : Rakhi, Diwali, Weddings).
  • Own P&L levers : pricing, discounts, AOV, repeat rate, CAC, payback, margins.
  • Channel Playbooks
  • Retail Store Sales : Footfall programs, menu engineering, combos / ATV growth, VM, local partnerships, in-store CRM & WhatsApp.
  • B2B / Corporate : Prospect CXOs / HR / Procurement, pitch decks, rate cards, SLAs, annual calendars, retention programs.
  • Hamper / Gifting : Planner & venue partnerships, catalogue & sampling engine, fast TAT proposals, enterprise order handling.
  • Tie-ups / Alliances : Banquets, planners, venues, co-brands—commission structures and joint promos.
  • White Labelling : Build B2B edible supply line with MOQs, SOPs, pricing, contracts.
  • Aggregators : Go-live multi-location, menu curation, photos, ads, ratings, ops SLAs.
  • Pipeline & Systems
  • Implement & enforce CRM (Bigin) : 100% lead capture,
  • Build dashboarding : channel revenue, conversion, AOV, TAT, churn, margin.
  • Team & Training
  • Hire, coach and manage field execs, sales coordinators & aggregator lead.
  • Weekly reviews; call audits; proposal quality control; objection handling library.
  • Cross-Functional Execution
  • Work with Ops / Kitchen for feasibility & capacity; with Marketing for performance ads & content; with Finance for margin discipline and collections.
  • Governance
  • Contracts, rate cards, credit policies, collections follow-through; ensure SOPs & brand standards.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years in F&B / events / gifting with proven multi-channel sales success.
  • Strong negotiation, enterprise pitching, and relationship management.
  • Hands-on with CRM, funnel management, and data-led decision making.
  • Hustle mindset; comfort with field travel; high ownership & speed.
  • Excellent communication (Hindi & English); presentation-ready.
