Key Responsibilities :

• Market Research : Conduct detailed market mapping exercises, competitor intelligence to identify potential candidates and target organizations aligned with client briefs.
• Candidate Sourcing & Quality Management : Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, professional networks and present quality profiles to consultants and clients within agreed timelines; track and report research progress to ensure timely delivery and adherence to turnaround timelines.
• Research Reporting : Deliver research reports, competitor analysis, and market intelligence for client projects with a target of 2-3 per month.
• Consultant Support : Assist consultants in building strong candidate and client relationships, which will be evaluated based on consultant satisfaction and internal feedback score.
• Data Management : Maintain an up-to-date and accurate talent pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with an accuracy of 95%+.
