Role Overview :
The HR Recruiter Consultant - Sales at Hirly will lead end-to-end recruitment for sales positions across multiple industries. You will identify high-caliber sales talent, manage client hiring needs, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience. This role requires a strong understanding of sales competencies, target-driven workstyles, and performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Recruitment :
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for various sales roles (Inside Sales, BDE, BDM, Field Sales, Enterprise Sales, Pre-Sales, etc.).
- Drive full-cycle recruitment : job briefs, sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-ups, and offer closures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, social platforms, and networking.
Client & Stakeholder Management :
Work closely with Hirly's client partners to understand role requirements and hiring expectations.Communicate recruitment progress, market availability, and candidate feedback to clients.Ensure timely delivery of shortlisted profiles aligned with client expectations.Candidate Experience :
Provide candidates with clarity on job roles, expectations, timelines, and next steps.Maintain strong professional relationships with talent throughout the hiring cycle.Recruitment Operations :
Maintain updated candidate data in Hirly's ATS / CRM.Track and report key recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline strength, conversion ratios).Support recruitment campaigns, hiring events, and employer branding efforts.Required Skills :
Strong experience in sales hiring within recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or corporate HR.Excellent screening and assessment skills, especially for sales competencies.Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Ability to work under targets and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and ATS Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.3-7+ years of experience in sales recruitment.Experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm (preferred).(ref : iimjobs.com)
