We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with clients across various industries. We are seeking candidates who can join our remote team in India and who will be recruiting for our clients in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting them to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable expertise to clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets and goals.
