Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter Consultant - Tech to lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to evaluate candidates across multiple tech domains. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to deliver high-quality talent in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Tech Talent Acquisition :
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, QA, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, and Product / Engineering roles.
- Understand tech stacks, tools, and skillsets (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, React, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Automation Testing).
- Conduct detailed technical screening to assess candidate competency, experience, and fit.
End-to-End Recruitment :
Manage full-cycle hiring : job intake, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, feedback management, and offer negotiation.Create effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referral networks, and passive talent outreach.Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring tech requirements.Client & Stakeholder Management :
Collaborate with internal hiring managers or external clients to understand technical needs and job specifications.Share market insights, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.Ensure timely delivery of qualified profiles and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Candidate Experience :
Guide candidates through the hiring journey while ensuring transparency and professionalism.Provide timely updates, manage expectations, and maintain strong rapport.Recruitment Operations :
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS / CRM systems.Track and report recruitment metrics including TAT, pipeline strength, conversion rates, and closure timelines.Support employer branding initiatives targeting tech communities.Required Skills :
Experience hiring for technology roles in a recruitment consultancy, staffing firm, or corporate TA team.Strong understanding of tech job descriptions, development life cycles, and common frameworks / languages.Excellent sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and others.Strong communication, assessment, and negotiation skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tech requisitions Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).1-6+ years of experience in tech recruitment.Tech hiring certifications (optional but beneficial).Why Join Us
