- Partner with sales teams to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Provide guidance on performance management and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement employee engagement programmes.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance skills and competencies within the sales teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HRBP Sales should have :
- 3-8 Years of experience (Only relevant candidates will be shortlisted, so please apply accordingly)
- A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies within the Pharma Distribution space .
- Ability to work effectively with sales teams and senior leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in analysing HR data and presenting actionable insights.
- Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
