Graduate or MBA’s with 10+ years of experience in Real estate sales and managing a large team

• Ensure each segment & project meets the sales target from channel partners.
• Meet targets for addition of channel partner database every month / quarter.
• Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners
• Ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones
• Develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners
• Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners
• Oversee organization of channel-related events
• Leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches
• Ensure constantly improving channel partner experience
