About the Role
Channel Sales Manager (Channels to handle : IFAs & MFD, Wealth Management and Banks for alternative investment products)
Responsibilities
Responsible for channel sales of investment products through IFAs and MFDs, Wealth Firms and Banking Channel
Preferably should have strong network of IFAs in the assigned geography to offer products and solutions across asset classes.
Clear understanding of markets and products is a must. Distributor training is integral part of the role.
Formulating sales strategy to enhance sales from new channel partners and increasing wallet share from existing partners. Abans currently has Federal Bank, Equirus Wealth, Neo Wealth, Credence Family Office, Geojit, Bajaj Capital, Prabhudas Lilladhar, Choice Broking and around 150+ IFAs as active partners.
Support other channel partners’ local staff such as banks and wealth management firms.
Maintaining long-term relationships with existing / new clients for increasing the Asset under Management (AUM) for the company.
Qualifications
4-8 years of Sales experience with any mutual fund company in channel sales of mutual funds for IFA / MFD channel. Wealth Managers with strong inclination to achieve sales through channel partners may also apply.
Should have strong inclination towards financial markets and product knowledge.
Should have good communication & presentation skills.
Pleasing and positive attitude.
Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
