E-Commerce Channel Sales Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic
E-Commerce Channel Sales Manager (ECSM)
to drive our e-commerce logistics growth through strong channel partnerships and strategic business development. The role involves end-to-end sales ownership, partner engagement, and expanding our presence in emerging e-commerce markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive end-to-end sales strategy from lead generation to closure to achieve business targets.
Strengthen and manage relationships with channel partners for e-commerce logistics growth.
Conduct partner trainings and promote the cost-benefit of e-commerce logistics solutions.
Identify new clusters, markets, and B2C customer base expansion opportunities.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and provide actionable business insights.
Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
Manage key client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and commercial teams for seamless service delivery and timely collections.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and business growth initiatives in the assigned region.
Prepare and monitor sales reports to track performance and support continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
Understanding of regional markets and distribution networks.
