Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Sales Specialist, located in Bengaluru. He will be responsible for building channel partner network, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing the lead generation process and developing strategies to attract potential clients. Key day-to-day tasks include research, data analysis, outreach, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to create and implement effective lead generation campaigns and mapping of projects.

Developing channel partner network
Generating leads through channel partners
Project & Residence Mapping
Identify upcoming and ongoing residential and commercial projects within key locations.
Map project details — builder, project status, possession timelines, and resident demographics.
Build and update a database of potential clients linked to these projects.
Partnerships & Networking
Develop relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners for qualified referrals.
Represent the company at property exhibitions, project handovers, and community events.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign performance metrics.
Present regular reports and insights to management to improve strategy and targeting.
Qualifications
Experience in lead generation, business development, and client acquisition
Proven abilities in lead nurturing, relationship management, and communication
Understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Relevant experience in the real estate or design industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
