Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Business Growth Manager for our Gurugram office. This mid-level role involves full-time engagement with the aim of spearheading business development and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in market analysis, lead generation, B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management. You will contribute significantly to our mission of enhancing brand authority and generating business opportunities in the digital landscape.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in business development and a strong track record of achieving revenue growth targets in a competitive market.
  • Expertise in conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability in generating and nurturing leads through innovative strategies on platforms such as Facebook and Google.
  • Strong B2B sales skills with the ability to develop solid sales strategies and close deals successfully with corporate clients.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques with a talent for reaching mutually beneficial agreements in complex sales processes.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, capable of building and maintaining long-term professional connections with clients.
  • Must have exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Required skills include a proactive attitude, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach to meet and exceed business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence in alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to uncover potential business opportunities and to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads through various digital channels.
  • Lead sales efforts by pitching services to prospective clients and securing contracts that align with company objectives.
  • Engage in successful negotiation processes to win deals and foster partnerships that benefit both PROHED and its clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent account management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and maximize results across all channels.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and adapt business strategies to maintain competitive advantage in the marketing services sector.
