Team Lead – Transaction Processing

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of analysts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures operational excellence, drives efficiency, and motivates the team to deliver with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of 10–15 analysts, providing guidance, structure, and support.
• Conduct regular reviews of team output to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Offer continuous coaching and mentoring, helping team members grow in performance and capability.
• Track performance against established metrics for productivity, accuracy, and turnaround.
• Collaborate across global teams to resolve escalated issues effectively and quickly.
• Build expertise in internal platforms and tools to provide timely solutions for operational queries.
• Identify gaps in processes and introduce improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Encourage a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
• Communicate clearly, positively, and proactively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Support organizational priorities by contributing to ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
• Perform quality checks on client-facing systems and oversee the resolution of identified issues.
