Role Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of analysts and AR coaches to optimize collections and reduce AR ageing
- Perform quality checks and monitor daily workflow to meet SLAs
- Mentor junior staff and encourage strong A / R follow-up skills
- Track key metrics and resolve personnel issues with management's support
