Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Trainer with strong Learning & Development expertise. This is a role where the primary responsibility is conducting training sessions (technical, non-technical, product, and sales), while also supporting the organization’s overall L&D strategy, competency building, and performance development initiatives.

The ideal candidate is someone who loves training, understands adult learning principles, and can also handle TNI, competency mapping, onboarding frameworks, performance monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Facilitation (Core Responsibility) :

• Deliver technical, non-technical, product, and sales trainings across teams.
• Develop core competencies within domains and train sales teams to deliver strong and effective program pitches.
• Conduct concept-based training, objection-handling sessions, and skill-enhancement workshops.
• Execute innovative and interactive training methodologies to drive engagement.
• Address queries and resolve objections using strategic and critical thinking.
• Train new hires during Sales Onboarding batches, ensuring they understand product, process, and business expectations.
• Ensure the entire onboarding training process is streamlined and effective.
