Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer based in Gurugram. The Trainer will be responsible for planning, developing, and conducting training sessions for MSME employees to improve their technical and non-technical skills. The role involves creating training materials, presenting information clearly, assessing individual and team training needs, and evaluating training outcomes. The Trainer is also expected to stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs to enhance employee performance and skill development.

• Experience in planning, developing, and delivering training programs
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate learner performance effectively
• Problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with technology and tools related to training and development
• Energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage team members
• Prior experience in a training role or relevant industry-specific expertise is a plus
• Bachelor’s ENGINEERING or Master in Human Resources, Education, or any related field is preferred
