Job descriptionConduct thorough credit analysis and assessments to determine client creditworthiness. Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential credit risks. Monitor and manage credit portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide expert guidance on credit-related matters to internal stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform credit decisions.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of credit principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its regulatory framework.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred
