• Manage a team responsible for loan recovery, debt recovery, and NPA management.
• Oversee field collections, bucket handling, and write-off processes.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues related to loans and microfinance services.
• Develop strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the lending process.
