- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
