Setting up new units / stores for Shoppers Stop in HRMS.
Creating users and assigning responsibilities, checking if the mails triggered through HRMS application are getting transferred to recipient’s mail box through mail application. If not, then to check the mail application configuration
Extracting data / creating queries for HR Department
Implement the HRMS software development life cycle processes
Analyze and design user requirements and architecture, documenting the same
Apply appropriate logic and coding to the application / module / program
Testing the application / module / program before it is implemented
Reviewing its performance on a timely basis after the application goes live
Maintaining other documentations (i.e. Data Modification, Software Modification, Issue Log)
Finding out areas in the HRMS that require process automation, accordingly design processes and develop the same
Identify what improvements can be done in terms of already developed applications i.e. designing or re-designing an application system.
Understanding product features and providing product knowledge to users
Coordinating with (Infrastructure Helpdesk) engineers regarding HRMS client installation & technical issues
Ensure that the customization / development done actually serves the business
Maintain user relationships & vendor relationships
Co-ordination with software support team and ensure all support calls have been resolved within SLA.
Experience in managing Hire to retire HR system.
Assists in the completion of project functional documentation which includes :
Design documentation
Change management requests
Project status reports
Post-Implementation support
