Job descriptionSetting up new units / stores for Shoppers Stop in HRMS.Creating users and assigning responsibilities, checking if the mails triggered through HRMS application are getting transferred to recipient’s mail box through mail application. If not, then to check the mail application configurationExtracting data / creating queries for HR DepartmentImplement the HRMS software development life cycle processesAnalyze and design user requirements and architecture, documenting the sameApply appropriate logic and coding to the application / module / programTesting the application / module / program before it is implementedReviewing its performance on a timely basis after the application goes liveMaintaining other documentations (i.e. Data Modification, Software Modification, Issue Log)Finding out areas in the HRMS that require process automation, accordingly design processes and develop the sameIdentify what improvements can be done in terms of already developed applications i.e. designing or re-designing an application system.Understanding product features and providing product knowledge to usersCoordinating with (Infrastructure Helpdesk) engineers regarding HRMS client installation & technical issuesEnsure that the customization / development done actually serves the businessMaintain user relationships & vendor relationshipsCo-ordination with software support team and ensure all support calls have been resolved within SLA.Experience in managing Hire to retire HR system.Assists in the completion of project functional documentation which includes :Design documentationChange management requestsProject status reportsPost-Implementation support
