Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Process Associate located in Sas Nagar. As a Senior Process Associate, you will handle tasks including business process management, coordination, and execution in the healthcare billing domain. Responsibilities involve analyzing financial processes, advancing operational workflows, interacting with clients for issue resolution, and delivering excellent customer service. Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards is also essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions.
• Proven abilities in Customer Service and Communication, ensuring client satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
• Knowledge of Finance-related processes, particularly in medical billing and revenue cycle management.
• Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and understanding of operational workflows and technologies.
• Attention to detail, time management, and proficiency in relevant billing software and tools.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or medical billing industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
