Job description

EbizON is looking for a Senior Manager- Sales Development to join our team in our Noida office. The primary responsibility of this role is to actively identify, engage, and qualify potential customers to drive new business opportunities and support renewals with SMC-Corporate clients. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, proactive in lead generation, and passionate about driving business growth and contributing to overall revenue success.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Development team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with potential clients across global markets.
  • Oversee the qualification of inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitive trends, and emerging business prospects.
  • Nurture leads through strategic outreach and targeted communication.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline to achieve set targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales approaches based on past learnings.
  • Understand client needs, research their business requirements, and present tailored solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
  • Ensure seamless lead management by accurately updating all activities and interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 4 years of full-time work experience, preferably in sales or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and accountability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • High level of business acumen, professionalism, and integrity.
