- Lead end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (tech & non-tech).
- Drive Onboarding, Performance Management, and Career Development .
- Design and implement Employee Engagement & Retention Strategies .
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, HR Policies, and Best Practices .
Administration & Operations

Oversee Office Operations, Facilities, and Vendor Management .Manage Company Policies, Contracts, and Documentation .Ensure smooth execution of Travel, Logistics, and Procurement .Support in Finance Coordination (payroll, reimbursements, vendor payments).Build and maintain a Productive, Safe, and Positive Workplace Culture .What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in HR & Administration , preferably in IT / Tech .Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, HR systems, and Compliance .Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills .Ability to set up Scalable Processes in a growing company.Proactive, Detail-Oriented, and Hands-On Problem Solver.We prefer Ex-Servicemen with proven leadership & disciplineWhy Join Us?
