Role & Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties through phone communication.
- Conduct market analysis to determine accurate property values and set competitive listing prices.
- List and market properties using MLS, social media, online platforms, and open house events.
- Guide clients through property tours, offer preparation, negotiations, and closing procedures.
- Stay updated on local market trends, zoning regulations, and industry-related developments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the brokerage.
- Adhere to professional ethics and comply with state real estate laws and regulations.
