Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market sourcing .
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, references, and channel partner networks (DSAs, brokers, etc.).
- Maintain strong business relationships with clients and channel partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings to understand loan requirements and recommend suitable LAP products.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of documents in line with internal documentation norms and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Legal, Operations) for faster and compliant processing of client applications.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on leads and conversions in sales tracking systems.
Candidate Profile :
Experience : 1–4 years in Home Loan / LAP sales (mandatory).Education : Undergraduate or Graduate in any field.Strong knowledge of mortgage loan products , loan processes, and documentation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field sales role.Skills Required
