Relationship Manager - Retail Mortgages

Job descriptionStrong knowledge of retail mortgages, sales, and relationship management principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by achieving ambitious goals.
