Role : Communications Director

We’re looking for an experienced communications professional who brings an integrated mindset combining PR, digital, and social expertise with strategic thinking and creative storytelling. This role demands someone who can drive both client success and agency growth through innovative communication strategies and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead integrated communications across PR, digital, and social, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and strategic alignment across channels.
• A business driver managing NBD (New Business Development) by identifying opportunities, leading pitches, and crafting strong communication strategies for potential clients.
• Develop comprehensive business enhancing communication strategies for clients, encompassing earned, owned, and social media.
• Partner closely with creative, advertising, and strategy teams to build and amplify campaigns that drive business and cultural impact.
• Build and nurture senior media, influencer, and industry relationships across business, marketing, lifestyle, and digital platforms.
• Manage crisis by guiding clients with proactive and reactive communication recommendations, including reputation management, issue handling, and crisis response.
• Oversee storytelling, award entries, campaign visibility, and recognition across key industry platforms (Cannes Lions, Effies, SABRE, etc.).
• Mentor and grow a high-performing PR and digital communications team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
• Be adept in using AI for regular work and ensuring teams are efficient and staying relevant on the latest trends and tools
