Role and Responsibilities :
Spearhead the entire Sales department i.e. manage the overall Business Development process of sales.
In-depth sales knowledge of Accops solutions and products.
Establish relationships with global, national and local management consulting firms.
Train and mentor new joiners.
Set up a team of high-performing individuals and hone their sales skills.
Respond strategically in customer settings, "listen" and determine the client’s business needs.

Leading and collaborating pre-sales efforts to define technical solutions, assist with Statements of Work and deliver proposals.
Demonstrate sales presentation skills.
