- Oversee and manage end-to-end creative and digital requirements for assigned clients.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and digital teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns.
- Drive the implementation of digital media campaigns across email, social, web, and more.
- Ensure deliverables are accurate, high-quality, and aligned with client expectations.
- Maintain excellent documentation and systematic storage of client data.
- Manage billing, collections, and business targets for assigned clients.
- Evaluate market trends, customer research, and competitor data for strategic input.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing technologies and trends.
- Contribute to the development of creative work eligible for national awards.
