About the role - Support end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, local transportation, MICE, Visa and itineraries.
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.
- Liaise with travel agencies, vendors, and internal teams to secure the best rates and services.
- Maintain and prepare regular Travel MIS reports for management.
- Resolve travel-related issues, complaints, or emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Vendor Management - validate and submit the vendor financial statement on timely basis. Will be responsible for doing the GRN, Raising the PO. Job Requirement - Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality Management will be given preference.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in managing corporate or hospitality travel desks.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in travel management tools, MS Office, and booking software. GDS knowledge is a plus. Required Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of visa and immigration processes is a plus
