Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding customized international travel plans via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable destinations, hotels, flights, and activities.
- Coordinate with internal tools and destination experts to build customized itineraries.
- Share itineraries with customers, incorporate feedback, and support the conversion process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Support the booking team in finalizing travel components (flights, hotels, transfers, etc.).
- Ensure timely follow-ups and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
