Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Make outbound calls to clients as and when required for follow-ups, confirmations, and relationship management.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service.
  • Support in post-conference communication and feedback collection.
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and service quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers and candidates with prior customer service or tele calling experience are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
