We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Industrial Relations Executive to manage and strengthen our employee relations and legal compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle union negotiations, settlements, and collective bargaining effectively.
Ensure strict compliance with the Gujarat Industrial Relations Act (GIR Act), Industrial Disputes Act (ID Act), and other applicable labor laws.
Handle legal matters related to Labour Court, Industrial Court, High Court, and conciliation proceedings.
Address and resolve grievances of workers in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with government authorities and other external stakeholders as required.
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Labor Welfare, or Industrial Relations.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial Relations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, legal proceedings, and statutory compliance.
