Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller Executive, located in Chennai. The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and achieving targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments. The role also involves maintaining records of calls, updating customer information, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage customer inquiries and generate leads
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Tamil is essential
