About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Retail Sales Executive who can drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and deliver an excellent in-store experience. The ideal candidate will take ownership of sales targets, mentor junior staff, and ensure smooth store operations while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive store sales and achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.
  • Guide and mentor junior sales executives to improve performance.
  • Manage stock levels, handle billing, and support inventory control.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, offers, and promotions.

Key Skills & Requirements :

  • 3–6 years of experience in retail sales (fashion, lifestyle, electronics, or FMCG preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
