Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue by selling SEO, performance marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and creative production services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities across industries through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Meet clients regularly to understand their marketing objectives and propose suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Create customized pitch decks, proposals, and presentations for client requirements.
  • Present the agency’s capabilities and strategic solutions to senior decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, operations) to deliver accurate and compelling client solutions.
  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and deals using CRM tools.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights for management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the agency at networking events, business forums, and industry meetups.
  • Contribute to agency growth planning by identifying potential markets and service opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, social media, influencer marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create impactful pitch decks and client proposals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
