Roles and Responsibilities :

Business Acquisition :

  • Primarily responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth for the company within the service industry.
  • This involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs.

Complete Business Cycle Management :

Manage the entire business development lifecycle, which includes :

  • Lead Generation : Proactively create and identify new business leads through various channels.
  • Presentations : Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
  • Concept Selling : Demonstrate a strong ability to sell complex concepts and solutions rather than just products.
  • Negotiation & Contracting : Lead negotiations on terms and conditions, and finalize contracts with clients.
  • Closing Deals : Successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Communication Excellence :

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for impactful presentations, clear proposals, and effective client interactions.
  • Corporate Relationships (Added Benefit) :

  • Leverage existing corporate relationships, particularly within HR or Admin departments, to identify and convert new business opportunities.
