Key Responsibilities
- Human Resource Management :
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes end-to-end.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement and grievance redressal.
- Assist in performance evaluations and incentive calculations.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
- Administrative Responsibilities :
- Oversee general office administration and housekeeping.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and reimbursements for field staff.
- Verify vouchers and ensure timely clearance every Friday for weekly submissions.
- Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor relations.
- Support management in facility upkeep and logistics coordination.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidate with above 3 years of experience in HR and Administration.Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.Languages must know are Hindi , English and Bengali.Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS tools.Experience in retail or multi-location workforce preferred.Self-driven and organized with the ability to multitask.Benefits
