We are seeking an experienced and proactive Dealer Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience in managing dealer networks. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by motivating and supporting dealers, monitoring their performance, and expanding the dealer network.
Key Responsibilities :
Dealer Goal Achievement :
- Motivate and guide dealers to achieve the annual business goals and sales targets set by the company.
- Provide strategic inputs and actionable plans to help dealers align with organizational objectives.
Performance Reviews :
Conduct regular reviews of dealer performance, analyzing their strengths, challenges, and overall contribution to business growth.Offer constructive feedback and actionable suggestions to improve their efficiency and productivity.Dealer Network Expansion :
Identify, evaluate, and appoint new dealers in key markets to expand the company's reach and strengthen the dealer network.Ensure the onboarding process for new dealers is smooth and well-coordinated.Dealer Support and Engagement :
Provide ongoing support to dealers, including training, product knowledge sharing, and marketing assistance to help them achieve their business goals.Address dealer queries, resolve issues, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with them.Periodic Performance Monitoring :
Regularly assess dealer activities and market performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Develop and implement strategies to optimize dealer performance in alignment with company goals.Qualifications :
Educational Background :Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biotechnology , Life Sciences , or a related field ( B.Sc. / M.Sc. )Bachelor's Degree in Technology ( B.Tech. ) specializing in Biotechnology .Experience :7 to 10 years of proven experience in managing and supporting dealer networks in a relevant industry.Skills Required
