Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and organized HR & Administrative Executive who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and general office administration.
This role requires someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, can take ownership, and support our growing team's HR and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records , attendance, leaves, and HR databases.
- Oversee employee onboarding & exit processes ensuring smooth transitions.
- Implement and manage HR policies, payroll coordination , and compliance.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Handle performance reviews and maintain appraisal documentation.
- Coordinate with management for training, team reviews, and performance tracking .
Administrative
Manage day-to-day office operations — stationery, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.Assist management with travel, event planning, logistics, and procurement .Handle office correspondence, filing, and documentation (both digital and physical).Ensure facility readiness — including IT coordination, access management, and infrastructure support.Support in company event organization (festivals, celebrations, team meets, etc.).Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2–3 years of experience in HR or Administrative roles (preferably in IT / Tech companies).Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Familiar with HR software / tools , payroll coordination, and MS Office / Google Workspace.Proactive and able to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.How to Apply
