- Preparing and maintaining customer relationship.
- Disciplined use of Internal CRM system, communication and customer Management.
- Handling new Enquiries and Customer Complaints of existing subscribes.
- Monitoring Random Calls for Quality Assurance & Training purpose of sales team member.
- Monitoring Sample Tender Query for Quality Assurance & Training purpose of sales team member.
- Forecasting and Analyzing market growth.
- Reporting to VP Sales.
