Executive Operations Associate

Defy Aerospace is hiring a sharp, execution-first Executive Assistant to the Founder’s Office. This isn’t a typical admin role — you’ll help run strategic ops, manage chaos, write clean communication, and move projects forward across business, training, and GTM initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, writes like a pro, thinks in first drafts, and knows when to escalate vs when to solve.

What you’ll actually do :

• Manage calendars, follow-ups, and project flow across teams
• Draft proposals, pitch decks, and internal notes
• Own communication on behalf of the Founder’s Office
• Track outcomes and make sure people do what they said they’d do
• Keep things moving — clearly, quietly, and on time
