About the Role
This is a broad generalist role that cuts across strategy, operations, sales, hiring, and marketing .
You’ll work directly with the founders, jumping between projects that need immediate attention — from managing workflows and improving systems to helping launch new initiatives or teams.
Think of it as a mix of Chief of Staff , Business Analyst , and Project Manager — but more hands-on.
What You’ll Do
- Support the founders across sales, marketing, hiring, and strategy projects
- Manage internal tools like CRMs, dashboards, Notion, and Google Sheets
- Improve internal operations and create clear SOPs for repeatable processes
- Coordinate hiring for key roles across portfolio companies
- Research new business opportunities and build pitch decks or reports
- Track KPIs, automate reporting, and keep projects moving across teams
- Solve whatever business problem comes up that day — no two weeks are alike
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or startupsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving partsExcellent communication and documentation skillsFamiliarity with Google Workspace, Notion, CRMs, or workflow automation toolsMost importantly : you like figuring things out, not just following a process
