Job Summary :
Independent Contract work. Full time. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our team with a mix of administrative tasks, reporting, social media, client communications, and platform work. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, highly organized, and takes initiative to get things done efficiently and accurately. This is for SEASONED, EXPERIENCED candidate only. Meeting deadlines is important for this task.

Key Responsibilities :
Learn & operate Management software such as Passkey, Cvent and Resiada.
Build RFP and Pull reports from Cvent as neededTraining will be provided;must be willing and eager to LEARN FAST
Support event logistics as requiredOperate and use Passkey, Resiada, etc.Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Data Entry :
Accurately input data from contracts into Excel spreadsheetsAssist in the creation and organization of documents related to RFP (Request for Proposal) processesEnsure the highest level of attention to detail and accuracyGeneral Administrative Support
Create and manage travel itinerariesDevelop and edit PowerPoint presentations, Google Docs, and Word documentsProvide general admin support to the teamClient Communication
Monitor and respond to client emails while the manager is out of the officeEnsure timely follow-ups and escalate urgent matters as neededMaintain a professional and service-oriented tone in all communicationsSocial Media
Proven experience managing corporate social media channels across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)Extensive experience developing and executing social media strategies for corporate brands, including content planning, content writing, audience engagement, and analyticsQualifications :
