About the Role
We're looking for an HR Business Partner who will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. You'll play a key role in driving talent initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting operational effectiveness while contributing to our high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support departmental and company objectives
Track and analyze key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, internal mobility) to provide insights for decision-making
Support change management initiatives including organizational changes, capability building, and culture development
Act as a coach and guide to employees and managers, promoting a culture of respect and mentorship in line with company leadership principles
Talent Management & Development
Support core talent processes : onboarding, goal setting, performance management, feedback systems, and career development planning
Contribute to succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives
Employee Relations & Culture
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and policy clarification
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs
Conduct stay and exit interviews, helping develop retention strategies
Help streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and in accordance with legal requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Required :
3-6 years of progressive HR experience with at least 1-2 years in an HRBP or generalist role
Experience supporting employee populations of 300-500+
Background in IT services, consulting, or technology companies (minimum 2 years)
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Technology, or related field
Preferred :
MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Familiarity with HRIS systems, HR analytics tools, and employment law
Experience in tech or analytics industry
