- Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner for product and technology teams, driving people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession strategies for tech roles.
- Partner with senior HR leadership to deliver strategic projects, talent initiatives, and leadership priorities within the tech ecosystem.
- Drive performance management frameworks tailored for technology functions, along with engagement and capability-building programs.
- Build and manage HR dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights on attrition, diversity, and productivity within tech teams.
- Support organizational design for scaling product and engineering teams, including career architecture and role frameworks.
- Lead HR interventions during tech transformations, product pivots, and agile adoption phases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and maturity.
- Travel periodically
The Successful Applicant
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school.
- 3.5-5 years of end-to-end HRBP experience with mandatory exposure to product / technology / startup environments.
- Prior experience partnering with engineering and product teams is non-negotiable .
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across tech and leadership levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and comfort with HR analytics.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and outcome-oriented - thrives in fast-paced, evolving setups.
- Demonstrates agility, resilience, and ability to navigate shifting priorities with composure.
- Fluent in English familiarity with tech culture and terminology is essential.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to support beyond conventional working hours when needed.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice will be preferred.
